Forty-three luxury townhomes priced from $2 million are headed to Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach. Sales begin Saturday, Sept. 19.

Toll Brothers, the national homebuilder, announced Monday, Sept. 14 that its newest Southern California community will sit on PCH near Vincent Street, close to the Redondo Beach Pier and King Harbor. The development replaces a parcel the Archdiocese of Los Angeles sold in 2025, according to Easy Reader News, which reported in July that ground had been cleared across from St. James Church.

The price tag is steep. Homes start at $2 million for three-bedroom, three-story residences with attached two-car garages. Toll Brothers' press release lists sizes from 1,400 to 2,200 square feet. The company's community page, as of mid-September, shows four specific designs ranging from about 1,730 to 2,123 square feet, with a mix of two- and three-story floor plans.

An offsite sales center opens the same day at 101 N. Pacific Coast Highway, Unit 102. Model homes are expected in early 2027, and Toll Brothers said buyers who purchase before models open can lock in pre-model pricing.

Nick Norvilas, group president of Toll Brothers in Los Angeles, said in the announcement that the company is "thrilled to bring this exclusive new community to the highly sought-after Redondo Beach area." He cited the location's coastal access and the ability for buyers to personalize interior finishes.

Toll Brothers first announced the project in March 2026, when site work was already underway and sales were expected to begin that summer. The September opening represents a delay of roughly six weeks from that original window, though the company has not publicly explained the shift.

The development falls within the Redondo Beach Unified School District and sits near Riviera Village shopping and dining. No Redondo Beach Planning Commission approval records for the project appeared in the city's public notices through April 2026, the most recent notices available.
